Girard whips Wilmington
Girard (62) Vs. Wilmington (26)
Dec 10, 2012
The YellowJackets bolted to a 12-1 lead after the first and rolled to the nonregion home victory.

Girard grabbed a 36-13 halftime advantage and cruised to the win.

“We just didn’t match their intensity. They are a really good team and very sound defensively,” Wilmington coach Mike Jeckavitch said. “We had 24 turnovers. We can’t turn it over that much when we play a team like that.”

Rocco Fagan led the Greyhounds (1-1) with nine points and Travis Brumbaugh was next with five.
