Riverside girls roll past Union
Riverside (58) Vs. Union (7)
Feb 10, 2015
The Lady Scots never generated any momentum in a nonsection loss to host Riverside.

Union (3-18) only trailed by 10 points in the first quarter, but a 28-2 second quarter in the Lady Panthers’ advantage put any comeback out of the question.

“That’s a tough game to play no matter what,” Union coach Larry Ondako said. “The first quarter it was 12-2, we had a couple good looks. Who knows what happens from there.

“They were going to beat us, no doubt about that. We never really got into it and it was a mess. That will happen. Not the way you want to end the season.”

Katie Stang paced Riverside (19-3) with a game-high 19 points, while Tyanna Harris led Union with four.
