Madison McHale tossed in 21 points with seven rebounds and four assists to lift the Lady Lancers to a nonsection home victory over the Lady Quips.
Erin Warvell chipped in with 15 markers and seven assists for Neshannock.
The Lady Lancers (18-3) faced a tough zone and shot 18 of 58 from the field.
“We didn’t look sharp,” Neshannock coach Luann Grybowski said. “They played a zone and we weren’t hitting shots.
“We needed a game like that. They played a zone and then extended it a little bit. We got looks, we just didn’t knock them down.”
Ciara Clark registered a team-high 18 points for Aliquippa (11-11).
