With eight team members still playing football, the Greyhounds lost in the first round of the Jamestown Tournament.

Ryan Foht paced Wilmington with 18 points and Ian Kelly followed with eight.

“I was glad to see some of these younger guys get experience,” ’Hounds coach Will Harris said. “Our inexperience took its toll tonight. Everyone worked hard and didn’t give up. As young as they are they didn’t play scared.”

Wilmington will face Tidoutte Prep Charter in the consolation game. The contest is slated for 6 p.m. today.
