The Lady ’Hounds won the consolation contest of the Union Booster Tournament over New Brighton despite a sluggish performance.
Wilmington (4-6) hit just 11 of its 27 free throws and only connected on 13 field goals.
The Lady Lions (1-7) didn’t fare any better, only hitting eight shots from the floor and cashing in on four of their 12 free-throw attempts.
Hannah Drake led all scorers with 17 points and was named to the all-tournament team.
