The host Lady Wildcats fell behind early and couldn’t recover in a loss to Section 1-AA opponent Riverside.
A 17-6 Riverside advantage after the first quarter set the tone for the rest of the game, as the Lady Panthers were able to find themselves outscoring Shenango in every quarter.
Carolyn Peterson paced the Lady Wildcats (2-1) with 10 points, six coming from beyond the arc. Emma Rich and Angelina Sibeto each had eight points for Shenango.
