The Lady Lancers held host Beaver Falls to four fourth-quarter points in their Section 1-AA win.

Regan Moorhouse led all scorers with 15 points, while Erin Warvell added 10 points and five steals for Neshannock (2-1). Madison McHale, who dealt with foul trouble, still finished with 11 points and connecting on nine of her 10 free throw attempts.

“Defensively they all played well,” Neshannock coach Luann Grybowski said. “I think it was a total team effort. Obviously we’re a different team with Madison McHale on the floor. But everyone else stepped up tonight.

“Regan Moorhouse, that was probably the best game of her career. She played exceptional on defense.”
