The Blue Darlings built a 21-8 lead after the first quarter and cruised to a District 10, Region 2-AA win over visiting Wilmington.

“They were just more aggressive and more physical than us tonight,” Lady Greyhounds coach Brandy Sanford said.

Sharpsville held a 36-14 halftime advantage.

Tessa Sikora supplied 14 points for Wilmington (4-6, 6-12).

McKenzie Popatak poured in 29 points for the first-place Blue Darlings (9-0, 12-6).
