The Lady Warriors rebounded from a slow start to beat South Side Beaver in a nonsection contest.
Mohawk coach Mike O’Lare said his team wasn’t ready to play after a long bus ride and forced shots early in the game.
The Lady Warriors (3-0) found their touch in the third quarter when they scored 21 points to South Side Beaver’s four.
Alyssa Natale scored 11 of her 18 points in the fourth quarter, while teammate Janiel Henley notched 13 of her 15 points in the first half.
