The Lady Lancers owned a 26-25 lead at the half, but were outscored 23-6 in the third quarter.
The Lady Cougars went on to outscore Neshannock in the fourth quarter, 17-9, to seal the nonsection win.
“We came out running and beat their press,” Lady Lancers coach Greg Huston said. “In the second half, they pretty much stepped up the intensity and we couldn’t match it.”
Courtney Frengel paced Neshannock (3-3) with 21 points. Stephanie Gumbert led Blackhawk (3-4) with 16.
