The Greyhounds built a commanding 30-14 halftime lead en route to earning a District 10, Region 2-AA victory.

“We played good defense for 20 minutes and then we let up,” Wilmington coach Will Harris said. “It was a good sign we can play defense like that because we’re going to need that down the stretch to make the playoffs.”

Ryan Foht scored 21 points to pace the ’Hounds (6-4, 9-9). Shane Wagner followed with 15 points and Dallas Hartman led the rebounding effort with 11 rebounds. He also have six assists and six points.

Keith Coleman had 16 markers for Conneaut Lake (2-10, 5-12).
