Wilmington struggles on offense
Wilmington (24) Vs. West Middlesex (46)
Dec 17, 2015
Offense was absent for both sides in the first half, as visiting West Middlesex scored 25 third-quarter points en route to a 46-24 District 10, Region 2-AA victory over Wilmington.

Wilmington went into the half down 12-2, as the two sides combined just three field goals in the first half.

"The defensive effort in the first half was great," Wilmington coach Matt Fabian said. "They had two field goals in the first half, they were 7-12 at the line. I was ecstatic for the defense.

"We still had a chance to come out and we came out flat again in the second half. I have to get them ready out of that locker room."

Lauren Frederick's six points, all from beyond the arc, led the Lady Greyhounds (0-1, 2-3) in scoring.
