The Lady Trojans converted 21 of 29 attempts from the foul line in a District 10, Region 2-AA victory.
“We got within six points twice, but it came down to making shots at the line,” Wilmington coach Brian Turk said. “They put theirs in and we didn’t.”
The Lady Greyhounds (1-8, 6-12) made 11 of 21 from the stripe.
Stephanie Kish led Wilmington with 13 points.
Greenville is 8-2 in the region and 13-5 overall.
