The game was called in the third quarter because of a medical emergency with an official.
Madison McHale paced Neshannock (10-2, 17-3) with 11 points and Cassidy Burrelli was next with seven. Tayler Grybowski chipped in with six.
Maddison Deinert and Nicole Wade delivered four points each for Laurel (2-9, 7-13).
