Lakeview outscored Wilmington 19-9 in the fourth quarter to pull away for a District 10, Region 2-AA victory.
Curtis Bretz recorded a game-high 15 points for the Greyhounds (1-2, 5-8) and Anthony Derrick was next with nine.
Dalton Boggs netted 11 markers for the Sailors (2-1, 10-4), while Casey Greggs and Marshall McKean chipped in with 10 apiece.
