The Indians outscored the Wolverines 22-12 in the final period to secure a Section 2-AAA triumph.
Ross McDevitt had 19 points for Ellwood City Lincoln (0-4, 2-6). Mike Sacco and Anthony Sainato each chipped in with 11.
Nick Herman led West Allegheny (2-1, 3-4) with 14 points.
