Wilmington couldn’t contain Greenville’s Brooklyn Taylor in a District 10, Region 2-AA loss.
Taylor netted 20 of her game-best 32 points in the first half for the Lady Trojans (5-1, 8-4). She has 993 career markers.
“Taylor is just a universal player,” Lady Greyhounds coach Brandy Sanford said. “She can drive, shoot the jumper, she does everything very well; she’s an unselfish player, too.”
Haley Marett netted 11 points for Wilmington (3-3, 6-6).
