Glass back, but Mohawk loses
Riverside (51) Vs. Mohawk (40)
Jan 12, 2011
Mohawk’s Tim Glass returned from an undisclosed injury to net a team-high 17 points with seven rebounds in a Section 2-AA loss to Riverside.

Glass sat out Friday’s 63-43 loss to Summit Academy.

“Tim had a good bounceback game for us,” Warriors coach Kevin Wrona said. “He’s one of the guys that’s consistently putting the ball in the basket and he did some good things again for us (last night).”

The Panthers outscored the Warriors (0-4, 2-9) 30-23 in the second half to earn the win.

“We’re young and trying to learn as we go,” Wrona said.

Jake Thellman recorded 16 points for Riverside (3-1, 8-5).

The Panthers are tied with Ellwood City (3-1, 6-5) and Neshannock for second place, a half-game behind Summit Academy.
