Chelsea Kauffman tallied a game-high 17 points and had five assists to help the Lady Lancers to the win at the Slippery Rock tournament.
Neshannock (2-0) posted a 14-6 lead after the first and went up, 20-14, at halftime. The Lady Lancers limited the Lady Spartans (0-2) to six second-half points to secure the win.
Ericka Warvell had 16 points and eight rebounds for Neshannock. Dominique Sheldone had six points. Caitlin Binder added four points, five steals and five assists.
Becca Kerr led Laurel with eight points. Marisa Wallas had six points.
