The Neshannock Lancers bounced back from a tough loss to upend Western Beaver 77-57 in a Section 1-A meeting.
Laurel defeated Neshannock on Wednesday to snap the Lancers’ three-game winning streak.
Bobby Nittinger drained a team-high 21 points to lead four Neshannock players in double figures.
Brandon Marinelli netted 14 points, C.J. VanEman contributed 12 and John Sansone added 10 for the Lancers (4-1, 13-5).
“They came out and played pretty well,” Neshannock coach John Corey said. “The scoring was very balanced like it should be. When we’ve played well, that’s been the result.”
Eric Bruening notched nine points and 12 rebounds for the Lancers, while Sansone dished out eight assists.
Neshannock grabbed 16 more rebounds than Western Beaver (1-4, 7-6).
