The Lady Scots could not overcome a 23-point deficit in a Section 1-A loss.

Quigley (2-1, 8-2) posted a 29-6 lead in the first stanza, but Union battled back and was outscored 50-37 in the final three quarters.

“We started out sluggish, but we definitely played much better the final three quarters,” Union coach Brian Fadden said. “We battled. It was a step forward.”

Savannah Partridge led all scorers with 24 points for the Lady Scots (0-2, 0-9).
