The Lady Greyhounds scored 34 points in the second and third quarters to help secure a District 10, nonregion win.

“It was a pretty good game,” Wilmington coach Brian Turk said. “The goal was to get everybody in and we were fortunate enough to do that.

“Hopefully, this will give us a boost going into Thursday’s game against Mercer.”

Leah Day led the Lady Greyhounds (7-13) with 12 points, nine rebounds and five blocks. Julie Burns scored 12 points and added five rebounds.
