Sharpsville built a 24-8 halftime advantage and cruised to a District 10, Region 2-AA verdict over Wilmington.
“We never got anything started,” Lady Greyhounds coach Brian Turk said. “They did a heck of a job on the defensive boards
“By the time we got going it was too late.”
Molly Zimmer and Ashley Gardner tallied seven points each for Wilmington.
Taylor Cress tossed in a game-high 17 points for the Lady Blue Devils.
