The Lady Scots trailed 22-7 in the first quarter and could not bounce back in Section 1-A action.

“Quigley is a fast team,” Union coach Damian Cassano said. “We had a tough time keeping up with their speed.”

Savannah Partridge led the Lady Scots (2-2, 3-8) with 18 points and Ashley Sankey followed with 11 markers. Partridge sank four 3-pointers.

Noelle Hannon grabbed a team-high 10 rebounds.

Kayla Taormino and Allie Brooks each scored a game-high 19 points for the Lady Spartans (4-0, 8-2).
