General McLane outscored the Lady Lancers 21-2 in the second quarter en route to the easy victory.
Courtney Frengel had a solid performance in the loss with 28 points. Ericka Warvell added eight rebounds.
Valerie Majewski paced the winners with 26 points.
McLane jumped out to a 10-0 lead before Neshannock closed the gap to 20-15 at the end of the first quarter. The big second-quarter run by McLane sealed the Lady Lancers’ fate, however.
“They just ran away with it in the second quarter,” Neshannock coach Greg Huston said. “They pushed the ball, and we didn’t get back on defense, simple as that.”
