Kayla Harvey posted a double-double with 17 points and 13 rebounds as New Castle fell 49-41 in its final game of the season to Section 2-4A host Ambridge.
Lindsay Frabotta followed with 15 points, five blocks and five assists for the Lady 'Canes (3-9, 7-14).
"I told the girls before the game they need to leave it all out there and at the end we'll be there," New Castle coach Kara Joseph said. "It was back and forth and could've gone either way and I'm really proud of their effort."
Anaya Walker and Kara Haslett each posted 17 points to lead the Lady Bridgers (9-2, 13-8).
