Ellwood topples rival Mohawk

The Wolverines nailed down the fourth and final playoff berth out of Section 1-3A with a 57-47 home win over the Warriors.

It’s the first playoff berth for Ellwood City Lincoln (4-4, 9-8) since the 2010-2011 season.

Anthony Roth netted 16 points for the Wolverines, while Ricky Pitrelli and Angelo Williams provided 11 each.

Nate McCutcheon paced Mohawk (1-7, 3-16) with 15 points and Joey Hervatine was next with 12.
