Hopewell led just 14-13 after one quarter, but outscored Ellwood 23-8 in Period 2 to begin to put the game out of reach. The Wolverines were outscored 17-0 in the fourth quarter.
Drew Falletta poured in 25 points for the Vikings (10-1, 16-4).
Ross McDevitt scored six for Ellwood.
