The Greyhounds came up short against the unbeaten Trojans in a 61-47 District 10, Region 2-2A loss at home.
Wilmington (4-2, 8-6) got 30 points from Spencer DeMedal to tie his season high, and 11 from Reese Bender. DeMedal also had 13 rebounds and four blocks.
Joe Batt paced Greenville (6-0, 14-0) with 25 points and Tyler Kincaid added 16 markers.
Wilmington led 16-15 after one quarter, but trailed 31-23 at the half.
