Neshannock wins seventh, outlasts Sto-Rox

Ean Oprean tickled the twine for 23 points and Dante DeLillo added 19 markers, including five 3-pointers, in the Lancers' 61-53 Section 3-2A road win.

DeLillo scored 13 points and Oprean 10 in the fourth quarter when the Lancers took the lead for good.

Mike Smith and Ray Gee led Sto-Rox with 18 points apiece.

"It was back and forth," Neshannock coach John Corey said. "Dante DeLillo had a big fourth quarter for us. It was definitely a good road win."

The Lancers are 2-2 in the section, 7-2 overall. Sto-Rox is 1-3 and 2-8.
