A strong fourth quarter for the Sharon High girls basketball team spelled doom for Wilmington on Thursday night.
The Lady Greyhounds allowed 24 points in the final eight minutes of the contest in a 56-40 District 10, Region 2-AA loss.
Wilmington (4-8 region, 6-16 overall) led 14-11 after the first quarter, but only scored 10 points combined in the second and third quarters.
Lauren Frederick poured in a team-high 10 points for Wilmington.
