The Lady Greyhounds outscored the Lady Sailors 13-4 in the second quarter to pull away for a 48-26 District 10, Region 2-AA road win.
Lauren Frederick, Ally Hahn, LingEr Williams and Jenna Peoples provided eight points apiece for Wilmington (4-4, 6-9). Williams also handed out five assists.
The Lady Greyhounds held a 9-5 lead after one quarter and built it to 22-9 at the half. Wilmington then pushed it to 36-14 through three periods.
Lakeview dropped to 1-8, 3-16.
