The Greyhounds jumped out to a big lead and never looked back in the 82-51 District 10, Region 2-AA win on the Blue Devils' court.

Spencer DeMedal poured in 24 points and added seven rebounds and four assists for the Greyhounds.

Jimmy Powers added 21 points, five assists and three steals and Matt Zimmer chipped in with 10 points, three assists and three steals for the Greyhounds, who are 3-3 and in a third-place tie in the region, 7-8 overall.

Wilmington led 24-14 at the end of the first quarter and 46-25 at the half.

"Our goal was to force the tempo to our style, force turnovers and create easy transition points and we were able to do that," Wilmington coach Mike Jeckavitch said. "It was a good win for us."
