Union struggles against Rochester
Union (19) Vs. Rochester (57)
Jan 11, 2016
The Lady Scots fell behind early and couldn't recover against visiting Rochester in a Section 1-A battle.
Rochester's first four successful shots came from beyond the three-point line as Union (0-5, 0-12) was held to just five points in the opening quarter.
Skylar Thompson posted a team-high 11 points for the Lady Scots.
"Skylar played a good game," Union coach Larry Ondako said. "They hit their first four shots, which were all threes. It was an all-of-a-sudden moment where you're down before you know it. It's hard to come back when you're down that quick."
