Scheidemantle makes most of first start
Neshannock (65) Vs. Beaver (54)
Jan 04, 2016
Brandon Scheidemantle made the most of his first career start in a 65-54 nonsection victory over visiting Beaver.

The junior posted 19 points for Neshannock (9-2) in the victory, nine points coming from beyond the arc.

"Brandon gave a great effort," Neshannock coach John Corey said. "He hasn't got enough playing time, the coaching staff talked it over and we were going to start him tonight. He responded well, his effort was good and he shot the ball well for us. I was happy to see him play that well."

Ethan Moose scored a team-high 21 points for Neshannock, who shot 60 percent from the field and outrebounded Beaver 38-23.

Darius Wise posted 23 points and was the only consistent source of offense for a Bobcats team that shot just over 27 percent from the floor.
