The visiting Ellwood City Lady Wolverines used a hot start to take out Section 2-AAA opponent Central Valley, 53-37, last night.
Ellwood City (3-7, 9-10) burst out to a 16-2 lead after the first quarter and kept the pressure on the Lady Warriors (1-10, 2-16).
Karington Ketterer paced all scorers with 21 points and added 11 rebounds to her total.
