The Big Reds jumped out to a 58-28 halftime lead over the visitors and never looked back in the District 10, Region 2-AA game.

Wilmington committed 27 turnovers on the night.

West Middlesex is 4-0, 11-2. The Greyhounds slipped to 1-3, 3-9.

Trey Staunch paced the Big Reds with 30 points and Josh Porterfield added 18, Isaac Williams 12 and former New Castle High player Gino DeMonaco 10.

Spencer DeMedal led Wilmington with 14 points, nine rebounds and four assists. Matt Zimmer added 13 points and Travis Brumbaugh chipped in with 10 points, six rebounds and four assists.
