Union girls fall
Lowellville (40) Vs. Union (28)
Dec 29, 2014
The Lady Scots hung in until the Lady Rockets used an 18-7 fourth-quarter run to pull away.

Sarah Seamans supplied 11 markers for Union (0-8) and Skylar Thompson tallied nine.

The Lady Scots trailed 22-21 after three cantos.

“We played really well,” said second-year Union coach Larry Ondako. “They just got a little bit of a lead in the fourth quarter and that was the difference.

“We’re playing pretty well. We just can’t put the ball in the hole. It’s hard to win when you only score 28 points.”

Lydia Mashburn paced Lowellville with 18 points.
