Neshannock wins big
Neshannock (64) Vs. Mercyhurst Prep (34)
Dec 08, 2014
The Lancers rebounded to capture the consolation game of their own tipoff tournament with a win over the Lakers.

Neshannock (1-1) had a 17-11 lead after the first and went into halftime with a 34-17 edge over the Erie County foe.

“It was good to get the first win of the season,” Neshannock coach John Corey said. “Friday’s loss was disappointing, but I thought we came back really well. We were able to put a lot of guys on the floor that played really well. The guys off the bench brought a ton of energy.”

Ethan Moose, an all-tournament team pick, led the Lancers with 15 points, seven rebounds and four assists. Frank Antuono had 10 points, while Jimmy Medure added eight points and six rebounds.
