The Lady Trojans broke a 16-16 deadlock by outscoring visiting Mohawk 14-9 in the second quarter of a nonsection victory.

Aliya Gage tossed in 12 points for the Lady Warriors (13-4).

Abby Goetz and Sam Breen shared game-high honors for North Catholic with 14 points apiece.

The Lady Trojans (14-5) are ranked No. 3 in the WPIAL in Class A by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
