Ryan Smith’s 20 points helped the Wildcats to the win in the Neshannock Tipoff Tournament consolation game.

Shenango (1-1) had a 20-18 lead after the opening quarter and went up, 40-27, at halftime.

Ryley Ferrari had 12 points and five assists, while Brenton Booher added 11 points and 10 rebounds. James Micco had 11 points. Smith, who was named to the all-tournament team, contributed five steals and four assists.

“It was nice to rebound after Friday night’s loss,” Shenango coach Bob McQuiston said.
