The Class AA Lady Warriors couldn’t muster enough offense in a nonsection losing effort at Class AAA Mars.
Mohawk (7-3) stumbled to a 20-15 halftime deficit in a tight defensive battle.
It was the second time in as many games that the Lady Warriors lost to a competitor in a higher class.
Shelby Brown scored 16 to lead the Lady Warriors with four 3-pointers. Paige Ruby followed with 10.
