Our Lady of the Sacred Heart built a 30-17 halftime bulge and cruised in the second half en route to a nonsection road win over Laurel.
The Lady Spartans (1-4) were outscored 32-4 in the second half.
Jessica Conrad netted eight points to lead Laurel.
Jacqueline Mathews tossed in a game-high 18 markers for the Lady Chargers (3-1).
