Kara Kendall and Janelle Fauzey recorded 18 points each to lead Wilmington past West Middlesex in a District 10, Region 1-AA contest.

Kendall snared a game-high 11 rebounds as well.

The Lady Greyhounds (3-3 region, 3-5 overall) shot 25 of 81 from the field and 17 of 28 from the foul line.

“We’re getting to the foul line and shooting really well from there,” Wilmington coach Brian Turk said. “Our shooting from the field has been unbelievable lately.

“As a team, we’re shooting much better and getting better looks; we’re improving every game.”

Leah Day contributed nine points and nine rebounds, while Brooke Buchowski added eight markers and seven assists.

Ashley David netted 15 points to lead the Lady Big Reds (0-4, 1-7).
