Quigley Catholic outscored Union 53-16 in the second and third quarters en route to a Section 1-A victory.
The Lady Scots trailed just 11-8 before the Lady Spartans pulled away.
Savannah Partridge recorded eight points for Union (1-10, 3-17) and Miranda Heaney added seven.
Drew Meeker drained 20 points for Quigley Catholic (8-3, 13-6) to lead all scorers.
